Meet the Team
President and General Contractor
Business Development / Small Projects
Over 20 years ago John took his experience and entrepreneurial spirit and, as a licensed General Contractor, started Henry Development, LLC., He wanted to do more of what he loved—build homes and build relationships. Like his folklore legend, John Henry had a “hammer in his hand” from a young age and looked forward to working in construction during his high school and college summers. Being a man of great integrity that inherited the gift of conversation, John moved on to a very successful career in Sales. Taking his knowledge and determination, he eventually launched his own business, in the medical field, that he operated for 20 years. After selling that business, John Henry saw his opportunity. He took off his tie and put his work boots back on, setting the foundation to become a trusted and respected builder in the community. If he is not on a job site or phone call, you may find John on the tennis court, or playing lacrosse with the few still playing at his age. He has earned the “Best Dad” award from his 3 grown children and he loves spending time with his family and friends.
Actively joining the team, Traci brings her marketing, operational and practice management skills into the organization. With a degree in Finance and over two decades of experience working with independent investment professionals building their businesses, Traci knows what it takes to manage a growing business and be successful. With a passion for business, food and health, Traci sprinkled in some fun when she opened and operated a frozen yogurt franchise for 5 years. Her mantra has always been to “Work Hard, Play Hard” —she loves to play tennis, run, do yoga, and ride her bike. Never short on ideas and energy, Traci also loves to entertain.
Growing up in a real estate family, Ben was exposed to various facets of the industry including construction and project development, home sales, and real estate investments. From an early age he was interested in the processes that took place and was excited when he could finally get his hands dirty working on the construction sites and, later, learn the investment side of real estate. After attending college in Santa Barbara, Ben moved to Los Angeles. His high energy and creativity contributed to his success in marketing and event production in the entertainment industry as well as being an active partner in an upscale sports bar and restaurant in Los Angeles, CA. He brought his knowledge and experience back to Colorado putting it to work in the area he most loved, real estate. Ben is a true native and loves sharing his appreciation of Colorado with others. When he is not working, you can find him on a snowboard or enjoying one of Denver’s newest restaurant venues.
If you see someone at a job site knocking down walls, lifting boulders, and carrying loads bigger than himself, he goes by the name, “Cisco”. Like the man of steel, he has super-speed, super-strength, and other super-skills that he employs on the job sites everyday. Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, Francisco ……… has been working with Henry Development since he obtained his visa 10 years ago. His deep commitment to both his work and his boss, “Mr. Henry”, are legendary. Cisco rides his bike to work everyday, puts on his uniform, turns up his music and puts his super-powers to work. Offer Cisco a Red Bull and he will be your new best friend.
Born and raised in Connecticut, Martin Saucier made the decision to move his family to Colorado for new opportunity and a lifestyle change. Along with his gregarious east coast personality, Martin brought a wealth of knowledge and experience from his own General Contracting company, building and remodeling upscale homes for over 20 years. From a young age Martin always liked creating something from nothing, which, seemingly, explains his stellar project management abilities, excellent problem solving skills, and gratification for a finished product. You can find Martin on the site when the birds start to chirp, always friendly and focused on getting the job done. He is a proud father of his two, college graduate, sons and the biggest fan of his wife, his absolute best friend. If Martin could have one super power it would be to read minds; he is a pasta lover and he might even answer to the nickname “Melvin”.
